Information you give us
The contact form on this site asks for your name, phone number, email address, and a short message describing what you need. We only ask for what we need in order to call you back and send help to the right place. If you call or email us instead, we receive whatever information you choose to share with us, such as your name, your phone number, your location, and details about your vehicle.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our web server keeps standard access logs that record things like the address of the device requesting a page, the browser being used, and the time of the request. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure.
This site does not use advertising cookies, and it does not run Google Analytics or any other visitor tracking service. A request to this site from a new visitor sets no cookies at all.
Maps
Our pages include a map from Google Maps so you can find our yard at 2522 Hess Avenue in Saginaw. When that map loads, your browser contacts Google directly, and Google may collect information about that request under its own privacy policy. We do not control and do not receive that information.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to respond to your request, dispatch a truck, provide the service you asked for, and follow up about that service. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade it for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the people and companies that help us operate: our web host, which stores the site and the messages sent through it, and, when a job requires it, the parties involved in that job, such as your insurer, a repair shop, or law enforcement at an accident scene. We also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form submissions and job records for as long as we need them for the service, our business records, and any insurance or legal requirement that applies. When we no longer need them, we dispose of them.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging towing and roadside service. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
